I like healthy life. Weekends I usually wake up on 6 o'clock and go to play badminton for two hours. Then I come back to enjoy my breakfast. I consider the breakfast is the most important one of the three meal in one day. So everyday I never wake up after 7 o'clock. It's a wonderful thing enjoying hot and delicious breakfast everyday! Do you have a regular life, my friends? Do you concern about your healthy life?

Yes, I think doing some sports each week is a good thing. I also like drinking coffee. However, never drink coffee before eating something. I ever shook my hands and my heartbeat accelerated drinking coffee hollowly. It's terrible.

Oh, 5:30 is too early for me. It's always dark that time. By the way, drinking coffee with limosis isn't good for your health.

How about 3:30am? LOL. That's the time I wake up everyday for work. Super way too early right? That's another reason why I linger too much in bed during weekends. It was a drag at first, imagine 3:30am, it is a prime sleeping time for most and there I am waking up to prepare for work. But I got used to it as time went on. And it sometimes help during the weekend when I need to get up early for something. My body clock is now used to getting up early. I'm just overriding it sometimes when I still want to sleep some more =)

Oh dear, why all of you wake up so early? The earliest I managed to wake up is 9 am. The norm is 10 am. Sometimes as late as 1 pm. During those weekends that I have arranged to go for a long hike with my friends, then I will try to wake up at 7 am. That's very rare, much prefer to walk in the late afternoon than early morning. No matter what time I wake up, breakfast is a must, follows by newspaper, follows by checking email.

Waking up early is a must for weekday, no way I'm going to wake up so early during weekend. It's already an effort to wake up before noon, much less to wake up early and exercise. Much better to exercise in the late afternoon, and the weather gets cooler as I get hotter.

Yes, breakfast is a must. And hike is a good sport. However it will be better if you can wake up earlier everyday, haw-haw.

Yes most definently. When I was growing up and going to high School I would skip breakfast and I know its the most important meal of the day. I feel in the morning if I don't eat breakfast or am running late on eating breakfast I get dizzy and light headed. So I try to make sure I always eat. I love my cereal with strawberries and Bannanas

I wake up at 6:45 am during the week so I like to sleep in until around 8am on the weekends. It's nice to give your body a rest. I then like to get up and be productive. I eat a good breakfast, usually cereal and fruit, and then I try to get a work out in. And then from there I go on with my planned day. During the week it's different for me because I work during the day. I tend to work out at night then, when I get home from work. Overall I try to lead a healthy life, but there are times when it just doesen't happen.

I think your living habit is very healthy. Of course, a few indulgements are concessional.

On weekends I wake up at around 10:00. I really enjoy sleeping in, though I do live a very healthy life outside of that. I eat breakfast every day, though sometimes it's as little as a piece of toast, or as much as eggs, bacon, toast, pancakes, etc. I know I should get up earlier, but I have trouble going to bed early, and I do need a 'minimum' amount of sleep.

Yes, I think 8-9 hours for sleep a day is enough. And I like having one-hour-sleep at noon.

Monday thru Saturday, we are all up early. On Sunday, if we don't have to get up early, we will sleep until 8 or 9 in the morning. I am not a breakfast eater. My first meal of the day usually doesn't come until after noon sometime. Yes, I concern mysself with wanting to be healthy. I also want my kids to be healthy. We watch what we eat and get plenty of exercise.

Weekend means I can get up late like 9 or 10 am. These are the only days I don't need to hurry up for work. So I take my time cuddling my pillow and wrapping myself on the sheets. Don't you just love it? But if I have to go somewhere, I wake up early too like 6 or 7 am. And yes I eat breakfast everyday. I can't go out the house without taking one. Even if it is just oats or sandwiches sometimes. I'm used to taking heavy breakfast in the morning. It keeps me energized all day even if I eat small meals after it.

Yes, waking up early and coming out of the warm quilt is extremely difficult thing on a cold winter day. Once in a while I wake up late but never after 8 am. Maybe the power of habit is great.
