How to make friends with someone from another country?

I come from China , what about you? Our Chinese people always say "How are you?" for the first time and very polite, after the Olympic 2008, more and more Chinese people want to make friends to people from other countries, so welcome to China !@_@ Can you tell me how to make friends with someone in your country?@_@ Happy my lot!

for me its simple what i look for .. i want someone to be themselves to be respectful I have my own thoughts and not judge me and I will do same for them :) good luck and just smile I am sure you will meet other friends :)
