Which is best base for my website?

Mylooters i Wanna Create website on LAtst Technology , Gadgets, HAcks, Crack, Softs, etc So what do u think is best Flatform to launch my website? Like wise Blogger, Wordpress, Or By creating Website in php and running on prvate server?

hi,I you prefer self hosting then Wordpress is best,If you free reliable hosting then blogger is best.

Hi, Most people will choose Wordpress. For me, I will choose Blogger.com because I already get used to Blogger.com. I am not sure how to use Wordpress but I am planning to start one soon.

Blogger is easy to be used for me. I have Wordpress too but I seldom use it, perhaps I haven't understood about this blog.

You could try the last one - run on a private server. I think you might get in trouble because of the contents of your site. I suggest you go underground.
