How did you decide on your car insurance provider?

I just switched back to Geico. I've been with Geico for over a year and a half before. But after that, I was quite unsatisfied with the premium they were giving me, so I switched to another provider. Now with the other provider, they were okay for the first six months, after that, I don't like their services anymore. Still, I stick out with them for another six months. However, at this point, I don't want to renew with them anymore. I just switched back to Geico, not only are they giving a better premium amount, they gave some other extras because I was a previous customer who was coming back. Besides, I feel better now that I am back with Geico. Bot sure why, but I just feel more secure.

I went to a comparison site, ticked the boxes for what I wanted (fully comp; courtesy car etc) and then rang 3 or 4 of the lower priced ones that matched up to my requirements. I changed because I wasn't happy with my old insurers approved garage/car hire companies and the time/hassle it took to sort things out after someone drove into the back of me. As it happens, I've also saved around £4 a month on the premiums!

Yeah, you're right. Thanks. At this time, I saved around $16 per month. So not bad.
