I have the phobia of water, I mean deep water. I cannot swim and was nearly drowned when I was in my teenage years. So I don't like swimming.

I agree with this. I love to just float away in the pool. I float away all my fears, worries, and problems. I soak up the rays in comfort on a giant floatie and feel like I'm somewhere else. but I have to disagree with you: I can't do this for just five minutes. If I laid down to float in a pool for five minutes, I would be too asleep, lethargic, lazy, or irritable to get up. There is no way I can get in a pool for five minutes and expect to get out! I am addicted to the sense of comfort and laziness. It's SO amazing to shut away from the world. It's way to relaxing to hear the water running around you. And it's even nicer to hear natural sounds - birds tweeting, leaves crumpling, wind blowing - than it is to hear people talking or horns blowing. It is a hobby. I would swim anytime if I could. :)
