what kind of relation between a girl and a guy who is talented, smart job holder but little deafnes.. will there marriage success?

I really don't find anything wrong with having deafness in their relationship. The important question to it is if their love is strong despite the difficulties they have in their situation right now. If the answer is yes then their marriage may survive if they continue to be like that.

Actually, this event happens with my one of friend's friend. He is very talented, but sometimes he get frustrated... as when he works in office, he complete his work, but sometimes he get targeted from his other employees.. so... he think like this...
