Worst injury you've ever had?

I'm very lucky,i suppose because i never broke a bone or got surgery.I never been really sick or been in a fight that was bad enough for me to go to the hospital.I know some peoples who are not so lucky and have been to the hospital because of bad break or because they need surgery.

I guess one of the worse injuries I have had was when I broke my left wrist in three places from a car accident. It was very painful, especially, when it had to be broken back into place. Actually, I was out of work for five months, and had to go to therapy in order to regain the flexibilty and mobility in my wrist.

Hi,
Is physical injury is only injury,not mental.
I think a physical injury heals much faster than amental injury.
I was worst hit with an injury when my best friend departed from the world(without saying aword to me).That wound's injury is still fresh(paining always!).
