are you a vegetabe eater? me, no. they taste like leaves. they are leaves. why would anyone eat them? but every know and then, if it is overcooked and only serves as garnishing i just eat them. it's time consuming to remove them anyway.

No wonder you don't like veggies if you eat them overcooked. Try roasting a selection of veg such as shallots, garlic, red peppers, tomatoes, aubergines, in olive oil, the garlic will flavour them all and the combination is delicious. Try it, it might change your mind about veg. Good luck

I do love vegetables. They are really good for our health. They go well when cooked properly and are taken in a right proportion. Garnishing with vegetables is wonderful art.

Yes i do eat a lot of vegetables. I don't think would survive long in this world if would be eating only meat. Yes they're just leaves but they're edible leaves proven and tested over time. Ampalaya is a vegetable but they're not leaves. Same goes with pumpkins and squash. I can't blame you though if you hate the taste of vegetables.

I love vegetables and actually i eat mostly vegetables everyday. They are high fiber foods and they dont have cholestrol. ITs better if they are not overcooked. They are good to your overall health. They are easily digest in the body unlike meat and because they are rich in fiber, they sweep away body toxins. Its good to include it in your diet. happy mylottng and Smile Always!

I didn't get wat u mean by "remove them" ..watever as for me im also a die-hard non-veg like u.n im also not a great lover of veggeies..not due to any ethics...but simply for taste...however,bad n cold it may sound.BUt its essentila to include vegs in ur diet..as some nutrients r only available thru them..say vitamins or d trace metals which r essential.Animals can't synthesise or assimilate them into their food/body from d environment..whereas plants can.also consuming only meats n no vegs will create bowel problems..n prevent formation of roughage.so its essential to maintain a good balance..n i have no problem in doing so.Hope u'l also learn it.:)
