To be honest it sounds like a ridiculous system. So if you went to dinner and the bill was $100 you'd really pay $115. Why not just price the meal at $115 and pay the staff properly in the first place. I've waited on myself in uni breaks and was paid a wage, low at the time, but with accomodation thrown in to work in a different place, and got extra in tips for being good at the job and smiling...

Well when I referred to dressings I was really meaning olive oil, usually with some balsamico. So not exactly a meal in itself and healthy. I do have a weakness though for one I make at home of mustard mayonniase with olive oil and black pepper, in large amounts, into which I then throw the salad and prawns and stir it all together. Hi Aunty, well my diet isn't typically Greek as I don't cook that at home, except mousakkas which I love. That's just basically like a lasagne but fried aubergines are used instead of the pasta, and the topping is full of cheese with some cinnamon in. wonder if you'd take to one of my local favourites though, grilled octopus.[em]happy[/em]
