Is actively looking for Muslim Americans to work in the White House? Just what is this guy's agenda? I'm all for equality and fairness, but isn't this a security risk? Somewhere Osama Bin Laden must be rubbing his hands in his cave and chuckling with glee. What a dream come true for terrorists!

No I didn't know because there's no evidence that he is! What I did know is that there are groups who have submitted lists of supposedly vetted candidates to the White House for consideration for positions but this isn't anything new. If you know something I don't and can provide a link where there's evidence that President Obama or someone from his Administration has requested a list of Muslims so he could give some of then White House positions I'd like to see it.
Did you have any problem with applicants for non-political positions in the Bush Justice Department being asked questions about their political leanings?

the bush cabinate was a veritable shmorgeshborge. The only thing missing was the native american transexual parapalegic single mother.
hmmm, didn't seem to work out so good for him either did it. But you know me annie, skrew political correctness and just hire the best qualified person for the job who understands the core idealogy of our founders.

No more a security risk than anyone else. The background checks for these jobs are a virtual colonospy. My issue is why not just hire the best qualified person for the job? Here's a novel idea, how about, why not just hire the best qualified person for the job who won't dig up loopholes and fear herding to do their job?

What you have posted here is nothing but pure ignorance, everyone no matter what color religion or creed can be a security risk.Does the system work different for someone of a christian background? Is the background check done the same? I am sure because they are Muslim there will be even deeper digging. There are plenty of people that are muslim that are not terrorist or out to get the US. Terrorist come in all religions shapes colors and sizes. I find it revolting that you are willing to write this in this manor. Lets not hire an Irish president for the irish are conceived as being drunks, have you thought it a step further at all by us hiring people of muslim faith then it just shows that we are not putting them all in the same arena. That is what has happened to the people in the United States they are scared and have cowered down to a level where standing tall is not happening. Same thing if we have Gays in the white house people fear their children will become gay and that is not the right role model.
Oh just to set your mind at ease I am not Muslim, I happen to study the ancient religion perhaps I should be burned at the cross?
