Can You Get Rid Of My Red Eye Problem?
March 30, 2009 11:16pm CST
Since I've turned fifty I cannot seem to get rid of my red eyes. It's not very flattering. Eye drops used to clear them up right away, but that's not working anymore. I'm eating right, including fish, which I apparently needed to eat more of. Omega 3 pills is also a part of my daily regime. The change (the M word) is not helping, I know, but if I can just find a way to heal these eyes I will have no other symptom to deal with, not even hot flashes . . . although I'm not all the way through the menopause journey. Any suggestion for red eyes?

Hello my friend gtargirl Ji, Top 10 Causes of Red Eye Red, bloodshot eyes -- although usually painless -- are not exactly attractive. Redness occurs when blood vessels near the surface of the eye become enlarged and dilated. If you have red eye, it is important to find out why. Red eyes have several causes. Sometimes the cause of a red eye is of little concern, but it can also be a sign of a medical emergency. It is always best to seek the advice of a medical professional. I take a vitamin supplement called "Vitalux". It's especially nfor people over 50 and is very high in vitamins A, C, D, E, and Lutein as well as the standard vitamin/mineral combinations. My optometrist gave them to me because I have glaucoma and "bleeders" on my retinas, but they are also specific to prevent age-related macular degeneration.

Hi Soak little Coriander seeds in some water for half an hour. Filter it and wash your eyes with this water or you can put few drops of this water into your eyes like eye drops.. This gives a cooling effect to your eyes and red eyes will decrease gradually.. My suggestion is do it before going to bed it works more..Happy myloting..
