Last sunday I stayed awake 'til 6am the following day and didn't sleep at all yesterday just to finish my last requirement for my Child Psychology course and now I can't sleep yet because my beloved cousin who lived in another country is online and its already 2am here in the Philippines and I am already sleepy but I just can't leave my cousin whom I have missed so much. Have you experience having 3 straight days with LESS sleeo or NO sleep at all? If so, why did it happen and how did you feel afterwards. Hope to meet my fellow insomniacs here in mylot. LOL :))

I need my sleep everyday, without fail.. lol =D BUt i can do with lesser sleep though.. hehe ^_^ I did not sleep as long as i should be, for the past few days too.. hehe ^_^ ANd i will continue as such for the next few days till next week too.. At least i'm better than u in some sense because i'm sleeping at about 2-3am, and waking up at 8-9am.. lol =D While my usual routine is sleeping at 2-3am, and waking up at 11-12pm.. lol =D

that was pretty typical when i had migraines all the time. i was up 4 days in a row once, and i finally had to have them put me out. when i woke up i felt like somebody had beaten me with a very large stick. i do still do 2 in a row sometimes though.it just happens.

try doing something really tiring..cleaning,or something. i know when i do my workout,i don't get hit by insomnia as much.burns off that extra energy where ever it comes from.

Oh my?! I dunno if I can last for 4 days... hope I will not be needing that anytime soon. I am really hoping to get some sleep today but I just can't because of my beloved cousin whom I have missed so much. Sigh... Thanks for sharing something about being an insomniac like me. :)

You complete very typical task. But I want to suggest focus more on rest. Otherwise you are not doing justice with your body.

OMG! You'd better take some Tylenol PM or something and get some sleep! That's ridiculous. I'm sure even a couple of hours would help you out a lot. I'm an insomniac (self-diagnosed, of course), but I DO get sleep - I just can never get to bed before 5am, and I have to wake up at 9am for school. I usually feel like, crap, lol, but four hours of sleep is definitely better than NO hours of sleep.

Good thing you are still awake and too fast to respond to my discussion. I might be getting some sleep now cause my cousin told me so after knowing I got less sleep this past 3 days. Sigh... but still, thanks for responding giving me wonderful advice. God bless us all insomniacs. hahaha
