physical exercise problem

i would love to do some sports,for instance,running, in the early morning when the sky just became light,but some people told me that is bad for exercising in the morning because of the CO2 chemical things,and the gas things,so can you tell me is it good to run around in morning and what time do you think best for physical exercise?

I think there must be some kind of mistake. I've never heard of that, and I'm pretty up-to-date on the health news. Do you have an article or some kind of source for where you got that information from? Thousands of people in my city get up in the morning to go on their daily jogs & cardio exercises - and I haven't heard of anyone becoming ill from some 'C02' thing before. If this is the case, though, it's news to me. I think the morning is a great time to get exercise in - it seriously WAKES you up and gets you ready for your day. I couldn't imagine running anytime else.

hey feepah i think thats a misconception as i have been a dietician and frequently people do consult me for their regulare day to day regims, i personally feel that the best time to exercise is in the morning as ur muscles have just relaxed after the sleep , its important to note that before u go for any exercise a bit of warm up is essential.n when u exercise in the morning it leeps u energetic for the whole day ahead. Actually for those who want to lose weight morning time is the best other than that people who generally believe in staying healthy can do physical exercise in any time of the day , they can go for swimming,any sport ect. pls make sure u dont follow this myht ofco2 chemical thing, its weird ! i dont believe
