My hubby always use listerine to gargle after brushing his teeth, is it healthy?

I seldom use listerine to gargle my mouth after brushing my teeth. But, my hubby likes to use listerine to gargle his mouth after every brush. Do you think this is a healthy habit?

Yes, I think it is a very good idea, as long as you don't swallow it. Gargling with a mouthwash helps to clean the whole mouth, and gets to the bits that you don't get to with a toothbrush.

Glad you are also sharing the same ideas. Yes, l also agreed with you about it. But, l heard from my friend, the health magazine that she read said, too much mouthwash can harm our health..lm confused abit..
