I have to get up at 6:00am to go to work so I have to watch the clock when on the computer.Sometimes it seems like I just get started on it is time to go to bed.Does time seem to go faster when you are on your computer or is that just me?

Some days and nights it does seem to fly by for me and others it just seems to drag. I guess it all depends on the mood i am in or how my day has been going for me. Sometimes it feels as if i have been on the computer for a few minutes, only to realize i have been on it for several hours. I have to keep an eye on the clock to make sure i do actually go to bed at all.

Oh my gosh, it's TERRIBLE how much time I lose track of while I'm on the internet. Sometimes late at night I'll get into these wikipedia escapades, just browsing one article from the next, and it goes on forever! It does seem like time goes by a lot faster while online - I feel like it's hurt my attention span as well, even with things like books and movies, I get anxious. If there's something in a movie or book that I don't understand, my first instinct is to wikipedia it!! Does anyone else feel this way??

I think I don't. Because off and on I have a look at the clock at the corner of my laptop, so I still keep track of time. I only forget it when I fall asleep.

I depends upon the stuff we browse online. If I browse through some interesting topics, yes it would be totally unaware of the time spent online. But in some cases just inorder to pass the time i used to surf the net and get irritated with the time still not getting passed. Especially during the noon time this kind of situation arises..

i agree with you. i also have the same experience. i did not realized that i was staying on the internet for whole day (almost 9 hours). i don't know why, sometimes i skip lunch or eat my lunch in front of our computer.lol and my father does not like it. using the internet is part of my daily routine now.

Ya know how they say, "Time flies when your having fun"??? Well maybe we are all having to much fun, or we just spend way too much time on our pc's. I know I spend a great deal of time on my laptop, whether I'm emailing, posting or playing toontown. I have also passed this gene onto my seven yr old grandson, since he was three he has wanted to be on my laptop and now has his own. I guess the world did us a favor by making these machines for us. I love mine and would be lost without it. It's sad to say but I make sure my internet bill is paid before all other bills. Happy Computering to us all!!!!!!!!!!
