New PTC's----International Memberships----Proof of Payment

I've been weeding out the PTC's that I work and deleting the slow earnings, not enough ads, and just updated the banners on my profile. I've also been able to add more proof of payments along with the banners. I have found that the ones listed have ads that are worth while, offer fun free contests (which I've actually won), earnings add up fast, easy to navigate, and low payouts. Listen- I will join all of those under you if you can just tell me honestly- did each and every one of those pay you? Because I've been burned by a ptp site (the only one I did) and I just don't want to sacrifice my time and then be scammed. Lots of people join a bunch of those sites and do all kinds of things to get referrals when they haven't even been paid yet.
Can you give me your honest word of honor these sites are legit? I'm still naive enough to believe that when most people give their word, they mean it- so?
