Did you save money to get your laptop os desktop PC? Did you have to loan it? I am one of the fortunate ...I got my notebook for free. Actually my husband gave this to me as a gift. But before we got married, I have my own desktop at my parents house. I was the one who bought it. I didn't bring it with me with I got married because I know my parents will also be needing it. How about you? How were you able to acquire your laptop or desktop? Please share.

I bought all the parts for my PC desktop computer from a company called Software & More, then put it together myself. It's cheaper that way. I never make payments on a computer, I buy it up front. You save money that way. My other desktop came from the Apple Store. It's a wonderful machine that hasn't had a single problem in more than a year. Macintosh is highly recommended!

Yes. I save a lot when I bought my desktop computer because I am the one who assembled my computer box and bought it for a computer technician's price. Its really worth it. It was my first computer bought by me personally. My tow old computer was given to me by my parents. It also an assemble computer desktop and not branded. It got assorted manufacturer of computer components and peripherals.

I actually secured a salary loan to pay for my computer. And I'm glad to say that it was worth it. I now earn from using my computer thru different sites like GetAFreelancer, Mylot, and recently, neobux and lastly was destroydebt. I am now starting to save for my laptop.

I got it from this independent business man who owns a computer store near my house. He is awesome. Better yet, he lets me pay on a payment plan which is about the only computer service I can afford. That reminds me, I haven't made my installment for this month. I hope he's not too angry.

I had a bad experience making my own PC a few years ago, the parts and the build were great and probably saved myself a lot of money at the time, though months later the trojans and viruses and made me think twice about making another computer. I then bought recently a laptop from amazon and have not looked back. Reliable as it is still going great after over a year. The best thing about this purchase was I earned loads of amazon vouchers from different websites and this counted for most of the purchase fee.

The laptop I currently use was a graduation/birthday gift after I graduated from high school from my older sister. I also had a desktop that I inherited from a friend, but I've pretty much given it to my parents since they needed a working computer to replace their really old one.
