Duggars first grandchild

Josh Duggar, the eldest of the 18 children of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, announced earlier that he and his bride since September are expecting their first child together.
This will be the first grandchild of Jim Bob and Michelle. The baby is expected to be born in middle October of this year. It was announced on the Today show this morning. Both Josh and his wife, Anna, are excited about this and Jim Bob and Michelle are thrilled at the news.
I have always been in awe of this family since the first special aired about them on TLC. The children are so well-mannered and so clean looking. The parents closely monitor their children and permit them to only do certain activities. I find it comforting to know that this family does not live off public aid or welfare. They are completely debt free. Yes, the kids are all clothed by shopping at the Salvation Army, but as a mother with a young child, I can say that I'd much rather pay $1 for an outfit my daughter will probably wear once before she grows out of it than pay $60 or more at a clothing store and have it sold on eBay or donated to charity after one use.

Hi I have seen a little bit about this family as well and I must say they all seem to work together very well. I think it is neat to have a family that big but I think it would drive me a little nuts too. 
I was not aware of the fact that they are now expecting a grand child. i wonder if that means they will not be having anymore themselfs. I guess we can wait to see how it goes. Happy mylotting to you and thanks for sharing the story :)

Michelle said in the interview about her grandchild's impending birth that she is not through having children. She will continue to have children until her body is no longer able to. I know Michelle is about 41 I think so she doesn't have that much time left until she hits menopause. I think it's great that they can provide for their children like this.

I saw last week that they were going to make an announcement of the show today. I was thinking that she was pregnant herself again. I am happy for them to be having their first grandchild. Hopefully they will have time to enjoy it. They seem to be pretty busy. What a blessing.

I saw the show where Josh told Anna. It was such a sweet and tender moment between them. I wish them all the best!
