I always keep on moving in the past years ,but these I stand still. what's your opinion on moving and stand still ?

It depends on the situiation, if something is falling you move, 7 if nothing's coming you stand still

Well for whatever sense of the word, we should always try to keep moving forward, aim high and never quit in all life's trials.
