china's house price is finally more stable in this year, and it's still hard for most of the young generation to buy a house without help from parents. Some of us are wait and see if the price will be lower, some of us are thinking about buying houses in this year since the price is stable. yeah ,me too. I am afraid of being judged by people, and I feel comfortable to communicate with a stranger more, if I talk with a people who is familiar with me too much too deep, I may feel limitation, I 'm afraid of making people feeling bad, or feeling strange from me....maybe I need to change myself .

I have the same wish ,too.As a farmer's child, it's really hard for me to afford a house in the second or third level cities in China, and I do wish the government will build the countryside/village area faster , then not that many people will move to city to get better chance for medical, education,job....then the price in the city will be more reasonable....

where are you from, some people around me have the same idea, and the air in the smaller city might be better ,and it's easieer to get healthier food in small cities, you can even have a land and plant veggies by yourself....and life expense is lower ...

Do you mean buy more land, rather than house? And actually, I think most of the houses are not that pretty, except some velas, I really don't like living in the tall buildings and some of them are not that beautiful and good quality...and the problem is they are so expensive. but to get better opportunities in medical, education , job....more people would like to buy it , even though it's exp...

it's a good advice to start a conversation with at least one new person everyday, I love to do this.
