Why do people behave like this?

Why are people partial? I don't like people when they are partial towards others, especially when it comes to Managerial level people must be equal towards every one and rules must be the same for every one. why does one rules remains the same for one person and it changes or doesn't even apply for others? Why they expect performance from every one they must encourage every one equally right? I don't see this sometimes in people. Why do you think all this happens? Is it that people's nature is like that? or is it the mistake of associates working under them? or in general why can't people see every one equally, if not equally at least as other human being?

In this world to get ahead sometimes you have to prove to be better then the rest. This can cause partiality in the management. While it might work for some, others suffer because they are criticized "oh such and such can do this faster then you, etc..." and this can also cause mangers to think that everyone can be trained in the same amount of time as say the best employee. Being partial can be bad not just in work but also in school and at home. It can cause self confidence to falter if one just doesn't work at the same pace or does things differently. I appreciate the response you recently gave to me, as well as I enjoyed this discussion. I appreciate this discussion. I hope you have a wonderful time mylotting, etc.

Hey dear, thanks a lot for your response. Yes, being partial is very bad and you know what, if i see that my managers are partial, I never perform well. Because what is the use working so hard with no recognition? I wish people treat others with minimum respect and professionalism.

it depends on how they care. if the people around you criticize you than appreciates you then this will be a problem than to be help. some rules specially when there are favoritism within a company the rules only applies to people who are not favorite. it is hard to work on a sourroundings like that. it is not at ease to work
