Way too dark. Could do with some photos (one pic per post is good). Some background info on recipes would be good, too, rather than just diving into the ingredient list straight away. For example, "Baked Shells with Chicken and Cheese - delicious" - why is this good for feeding your family for less? I have no idea, because you don't explain. It doesn't pull me in and interest me enough to read on and try the recipe. You also have several font changes throughout the page: try to make it all standard. Great idea for a blog. I'm about to close my frugal living one through lack of time to run it - if you'd like the articles off it, I'll send a URL. Happy to let you reproduce them with a linkback.
