One of the first things that came to my mind was money. The second was throw up(sorry). Another one was my favorite soup, split pea. Then a person is considered green when they are not experienced or new at something.

First love and then green. Hmm, let me give it a try: 1. The letters G,R,E,E,N. 2. My national flag, which has this color strip at the bottom. 3. The ground where poeple play football, soccer and Cricket 4. The grasses, trees etc. 5. Vegitables. 6. The spongy and very slipary things under water( I don't know what they are called) Uptil now, I can think of only these 6 things. Thanks for the discussion.

The first thing that comes to mind is SPRING. This is the time of the year that things like trees and grass start to green up and everything is fresh and new. i guess next is the way folks are starting to think. To go green is quite a concept, why just this morning I read an article in the newspaper about Greensburg Kansas and how they are rebuilding after the tornado ravaged their town a couple years back. They are rebuilding with real energy efficient homes and business and stuff like that. I then think of a person who is new at something They are "green" in that they can be taught to do it the best way know. as opposed to one who has been doing the same way for a long time. I guess that is what I think of when I hear the term "Green"

I think of thoes becdause I have been planning what to do with my daughter for earth day. when I was a kid we ALWAYS used to celebrate earthday and clean our local creeks of trash and so forth. it was always fun for me.. so I would liek to pass this tradition on to my daughter.

When I hear the word green? I picture out the cows on a slope of the Alps, munching the healthy green grass. Soon this green grass turns to fresh milk that nourishes the children. The tender meat produced from the cows and Mom, shouts at everyone at home LUNCH! This is the fresh GREEN grass! Can you smell it?

When I hear the word "green", I think of the environment. Not just recycling, but building energy efficient homes, not using pesticides, driving only when necessary, organic gardening, not buying things we don't really need, trying to make things last rather than throwing them out, etc. I have a web page called Worm Poop - Excellent Organic Fertilizer - http://www.squidoo.com/worm-poop
