how do I report someone for spamming PMs?

Hi - I know this has come up before, but a search brought no joy, so yes, I did try to avoid creating a new thread! Just got a PM from a new member that's basically just a referral link. I went to their profile - 101 posts, all one liners (and one "BR" PLUS 23 replies to one discussion - so not fair) Anyhow, basically this person has joined ML just to get referrals. A - how did he get to PM me when he's not on my friends list? B - how do I contact MyLot to get him blacklisted? I got as far as the "report abuse" box, but they referred me back to my profile with "use the report abuse click, it's quicker" message - this is a PM, not a public post, so as far as I can see I can't.
