This is so sad & degrading! A police officer was suspended after someone posted a video of him intoxicated, joking about a homicide victim on YOUTUBE. James Cousins II talks about the victim being shot in the head & his body lying outside a bar below a malt sign that reads, "take it to the head." He laughs as he recounts seeing the dead man's leg twitch & the reaction of the victim's mother as she identifies him. WTF? No class at all or respect for people! Supposedly the officer also bragged about how he took pictures of the victom from his cell phone. In the first link below you can read the article & also watch a small news clip on this officer... The second link is the actual 7 minute YOUTUBE video of this officer yapping his mouth & showing no class or respect. Link 1: http://news.aol.com/article/police-officer-jokes-about-murder-victim/434609?icid=main|htmlws-main|dl1|link1|http%3A%2F%2Fnews.aol.com%2Farticle%2Fpolice-officer-jokes-about-murder-victim%2F434609 Link 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwrJROFBgew Also want to note that the audience in the video is actually laughing at the officer's jokes & thinks his story is funny... so the autience also has no respect or class as well in my eyes. I found nothing funny about anything this officer spoke of... even if I was flat drunk... I wouldn't laugh at such stupidity!

You know what, it should have been better if they didn't post the video at all. It's nothing funny and you know that we are all pretty stupid and lame when we're drunk. I mean, I couldn't really say that I could control my mouth if I was drunk or not myself right? The person should have just had considerations of himself and the rest of the people by not uploading such profanity.

It's called being a responsable drinker... The person who recorded it... well I think turning it in was a good thing & posting it was probably even better so people can see what kind of low life of a cop he really is... We all know you do stuff you probably wouldn't do sober, so he should of took it easy on the drinking... But, with that said... drunk or not... I wouldn't have made a joke about this... no excuse & I'm hoping they do fire him & there is talk about doing just that..

Laydee... You may have a point that your mouth can get away from you when drinking but then who should know that better then a cop? I also think turning in the tape to his supireors was the right thing to do. I think there is a lot of garbage I don't need to see on youtube. But then I just don't watch it. It wouldn't have been posted and known about if it didn't have people to watch it.

The nerve of some people. I cannot believe the things that happen that people think are funny. It is plain sick! It is like they have no feelings or respect.

I hope to never die where folks can find it funny enough to post on YouTube. I understand letting off steam but not at the cost of a mother who's lost her child or the person who lost their lives. Would it have been better for him to joke about the drunk he pulled over only to find her naked... you bet. That I would have laughed at too. It's a line but not as thin as some of the folks who commented on the video seemed to think. What a jerk....
