This is so sad & degrading! A police officer was suspended after someone posted a video of him intoxicated, joking about a homicide victim on YOUTUBE. James Cousins II talks about the victim being shot in the head & his body lying outside a bar below a malt sign that reads, "take it to the head." He laughs as he recounts seeing the dead man's leg twitch & the reaction of the victim's mother as she identifies him. WTF? No class at all or respect for people! Supposedly the officer also bragged about how he took pictures of the victom from his cell phone. In the first link below you can read the article & also watch a small news clip on this officer... The second link is the actual 7 minute YOUTUBE video of this officer yapping his mouth & showing no class or respect. I found nothing funny about anything this officer spoke of... even if I was flat drunk... I wouldn't laugh at such stupidity!
