Are you an artistic person?

I just want to ask, it is difficult to become artistic? I don't know if I am an artistic person but I don't think so I am one of that person which has talents in arts.Well, I appreciate arts but don't know how to make arts. It is quite difficult for me to make a harmony in color. It is also not an easy task for me to decorate a room. As a newly graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education, I will start teaching in high school this coming June. It is my task to decorate my own classroom. But I have not much idea on doing that.Can you suggest something for me to make my classroom very nice and pleasant to the eyes? Is there a particular site in the internet which I can go and study? If there is, can you share it. Thanks and happy mylotting to everyone.

I like to think that I'm artistic, but it's all in your mind, and how good you can work with your hands. People telling me that I sing/write/draw good is a good enough measurement for me because I don't like proclaiming that I'm good at one thing or whatever.
If you're tasked to decorate the classroom, it's better to read up on what high school kids like, stuff like that. Had you been teaching first graders I would've suggested hearts and stars. It's best if you had their interests in mind in decorating your room. They'll be bound to notice your work, and you'd like to put your best foot forward.
