If you will send your pic with your new gf. It would be expected result for her. It is difficult to say, But I think you should or rather I would say you can just comment there "Nice couple"

just discard the pictures. She may still be bitter about what happened to the two of you. Or.... send her pictures of you and your new gf :))

send her back a picture of your d!ck with a caption that says, "this is what you COULD be having" LOL
