Do you wear underwear or go commando??

I was raised to wear underwear but due to medical reasons I has to go without wearing underwear for 2 months when I was 15, and after that they just did not feel the same and they were uncomfortable. Ever since then I do not wear underwear unless I wear a dress or skirt. So how about you, do you wear underwear or go commando??

I wear underwear all the time. In fact, my brassier should match my panties. I like it that way so that if ever a time comes where I am required to take off my clothes, it doesn't look awkward.

I wear them daily, and sometimes sleep without. I don't like the feeling of not wearing them when I'm out and about.
