Plastic surgery: A New You

People don't only improve by equipping themselves with new skills and information. They also improve physically. With the development of science and technology and more interests in aesthetic, more and more people are drawn into cosmetic surgery. They see these incisions as a way of improving themselves thus getting higher self-esteem. If you could change one part of your body for free, what would you change?

I wouldn't change ANYTHING via plastic surgery, no lie. Not only is it extremely expensive, but all of my "flaws" - parts of me that I don't like could be improved in more natural ways. (I want braces, and I need to lose 20 lbs. But I'm working on BOTH of these things and don't need any plastic surgery to make them happy). There's also a huge risk involved with a lot of surgeries, I mean have you SEEN Tara Reid's stomach lately?
