Combat obesity

Hi to all , to help getting rid of extra weight is a big problem , especialy today , what we needto do first of all is getting rid of all refined foods that one eats and try eating more fruits and veggies , yes i know its not easy to change but doing this gradualy you can and it will help ,also going for a good walk early in the morning is very healthy , add your suggestion as well it may be of help to someone, greetings bignik

True, many are getting obese by what they eat and trying to avoid those foods that causes it is hard to come by since most of the food available right now somehow is made from those that triggers us to become obese. Well going back to the basics of eating is the right way just like what you suggested. It may be hard for others as there are much better tasting foods available on the market so I guess it will entail lots of self discipline on the part of the each and everyone of these and those producers of these foods will follow by what is demanded by many.

health is really the most important. you can burn calories by just simply walking early in the morning as you've said. you can also burn calories by cleaning your room. now a days life span is short thus health is really needed to be cared.
