our office take in a so pretty and smart girl as our staff.her seat exactly on my opposite.she is so excellent that emerged in my dream everynight.please tell me how can i get her good graces?

Befriend her first of all. Start by introducing yourself to her and maybe from that start may spark something between the two of you. But that is not a guarantee that there will be something between the two of you. you should exert your effort to please her of course.
