My laptop sucks!!!

i have purchased a new laptop about 3 months back, and now it is turning out to be a nightmare. internet is very slow, and also i have to be near a plug ,s o i can charge the battery. it finishes off every 20 minutes. so it's not like a laptop, i have to sit with it at a table or it wont work.. will simply not work! do you think there is any way i can resolve this problem?

Does your laptop have a warranty? Is it still under the warranty's coverage? Maybe you can have it checked in the store where you bought it, or if there is a service center for that particular laptop brand, take it there. They could probably fix it or replace some defective parts, if ever there are. It's pretty unusual for a 3-month old laptop to act that way, unless it's not really brand new. Better have it checked or replaced, if you can.

With it being that new it should be under waranty. It sounds like there are major problems and I know that I would not put up with them. They should replace it for you. I can take mine outside and use it for a long time before it has to be plugged back in and I don't have to have it on a table to get it to work. Call technical support about it.
