Alertpay is very similar to PayPal but without the same hassels and the screwing you over like paypal does and their fees are different and a lot less!!!

If the money if already in your Alertpay account then paying for something is instant, if you need to transfer the funds (e-check) then it take up to 3 business days, but yesterday I bought something online and paid through Alertpay with an e-check and today I checked my bank account and it was already taken out of my account. To send money or withdarw money from your Alertpay account to your bank account also takes up to 3 business days but I have always had mine within 24-48 hours (1-3 days). Because I buy things online a lot I always try to keep money in my Alertpay account so that payment is instant, but this week I found more deals I could not pass up so I had to pay by e-check plus I have requested extra money to be taken from my bank account to go into my Alertpay account to refresh my funds and shopping.....lol!! Hope this helps and answered your question....Have a Great Day!!

You can try AlertPay, there are many more but I'm not sure if they are reliable.

Hi sskelvin i have just created an account on Alertpay. my account is on hold until i provide photo ID and proof of address. do you use alertpay? how does it link with your bank account? i have used paypal and with it you can link your account with bank account and a debit/credit card to receive/send payment. does it work the same way with alertpay? also why i dont see the page where i can enter these details, would these be visisble after my account becomes verifies?

Yes,its the same method with AlertPay.You can link your bank account with AlertPay but you need to be verified first.First give the proofs and get yourself verified. Then on the homepage, select Deposit/Withdraw and select Bank Transfer. But the fees are quite high though.

I've used Moneybookers in the past. It's more popular in the UK. I've had no problems using it.
