When was the last time you had a good cry? The last time you cried like a baby and didn't care if anyone was looking at you? I am a big cry baby, so i have no problem with crying. I think the last time I cried I was watching some really sad, but good movie. Are you ever embarrased or ashamed to cry? Why or why not? I have never been ashamed to cry. for me it is so cleansing!

i try not to cry around people cause i am one of those unlucky ones whos face goes all blotchy when they do cry, so i cry when i'm alone and no one can see me. so the last time i did that was last night, yep, bad day. old memories that resurfaced.

i hope that cry made you feel better. there is nothing wrong with the past coming back once in a while, just make sure after a good cry you send it back where it came from. the past has no place in our present

I am sorry to hear about the lost of your father. I know the hurt when we lose a parent. it's been over ten years now and I still feel that pain when i think of my parents. but even then, and i cry, it just feel better afterwards

I think the last time I cried like a baby full fledged out and had a good one was when I read the heartless message on facebook from my now stbx husband...Telling me he's done and calling it quits...I've felt the need to have a good cry these past few days but my stubborness and wanting to hold strong is taking over...

Hey momma! I'm with you! I am not ever ashamed to cry! I don't care where I am or who I'm with either! I cry at the movies too! I cry if I'm watching something that is sad. I cry if someone hurts an animal. I don't cry as much as I used to. But, if something strikes me and makes me upset then that is all I need! It is usually a sad movie that will get me started or something that I hear on the news! And you are so right about it being cleansing! Crying is really very good for you! It helps you bare your soul!

I'm not really sure. I do not cry as often as I used to. Alot of time has passed since my last cry so I am not sure. I am not ahsamed to cry but I am just so tired of crying about alot of things that go wrong. I cry in a real good movie too or shed a tear or two.

I hate crying in public. But I find crying to be a way to clear my head, when I have a good cry I cry about all the stuff that has been bothering me. The last time I cried was last night. I cry at sad movies, being left alone. I kind of enjoy crying sometimes. When I was a little girl, my mom told me that crying is healthy, those who cry don't have pent up things inside that make them sick.
