I'd like to THANK myLot for our stimulus package. My dad has been having a rough time lately & I've been away more often than I've been here. 
I was still able to double my earnings. THANK YOU MYLOT!!! 
Have you tried the tasks yet??? What was your experiences??? Do you need to THANK myLot too???

Yes I would also like to thank mylot for presenting such a wonderful site to me. I enjoy every bit of the site. I can learn thing here. If I have some queries then I can ask others and get my answer. And for all these fun I also get paid. I have done some of mylot task. All of my writing tasks have been rejected. I think it requires good writing skill. But my search task and post a link task have been accepted. I think tasks are a way to increase the earnings and it will also help to reach payout quickly. I am thankful that mylot have provided such a good earning option.

Hi LadyM,
I have done one of the tasks at the moment and it has been a great help now I do keep a look out for more but most times there aren't any! Guess everyone else is doing them! But yes am really thankful to myLot for their help in earnings...hugs littleowl

Yes, it's hard to find them but they are good when you can!!! I've spent so much time taking care of my dad lately that I've had "discussion block"!!! By the time I get home, I don't feel like working!!! I find the tasks theraputic!!!

I love this site. It has been so fun and interesting. I haven't been nearly as active lately since my daily schedule has changed. Am back to work very part time and taking care of our grandbaby 2-3 days a week. She's only 6 months old and I am enjoying spending time with her to the fullest. The extra money I earn from being on myLot is a plus. I haven't seen many tasks on my end. Once in awhile there will be an offer but I just don't take the time to work on any. When I get the urge to check the task section, there is nothing for me to do.

I understand what you're saying!!! I wish I had a 6 month old grand baby to spend some time with!!! Dad won't be getting much better anytime soon. Grieving is one of those things you can't tell somebody how to do. At 85 he's feeling he won't live long enough to worry about it. He keeps saying that life is no fun without Mom (& he's right). I'm just trying to be there for him until he gets through all this. He forgets that I lost my Mom (& best friend) at the same time he lost his wife!!!

I did one $3 task way back at the beginning and then there was never any available and I forgot all about them! Ooops Thanks for the reminder Lady M - I am going to have a look as I did enjoy that first one I did! I am so sorry to hear about your Dad - I do hope that things improve dramatically and quickly for him! xxxx

Yep, me too. Thank you, myLot! I enjoyed them when they first came out but have noticed that there hasn't been nearly as many tasks to choose from since then. I liked writing the 4 paragraphs on a particular subject. I love to learn new things, so that was interesting, not to mention the pay was nice, too!
I haven't had as much time to spend here in the past month or so myself but am hoping that life will calm down some soon so I can spend more time not only responding to discussions but also doing some more tasks, when they're available.
I'm sorry to hear about your dad and hope things smooth out for him (and YOU) soon.

I just check the task tab frequently. I sent a suggestion to myLot that they have a star or something show up on the tab when they add tasks (kinda like with friends & Messages). Guess that wasn't a good idea. Can you imagine the road block when 169 thousand people hit the tasks tab at one time!!!

I don't think Dad will ever get any better. He is lonesome. Only thing that might help him is if he finds a girlfriend & he's not even looking. It takes time to get over grieving. At 85, he feels he's running out of time. So, I'm spending as much time with him as I can so maybe he doesn't have as much time to feel sorry for himself.

I did see where they are .. I took a look and there are not any.... I wish that there was I wanted to give it a try,.,. what is the best time of the day to look for them?

HEY LOU....WHERE YA BEEN????? 
They are easy to do after you do the first few. Some pay $2.00, some only $0.20. Since you write a lot, you'll probably do well with the Write 4 Paragraphs (the $2.00 ones). I just check the tasks tab every so often. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to when they show up. Most seem to show up around the end/first of the month. Then as people forfeit their tasks, they may just show up at any time. I did 3 today. The Write 4 paragraphs takes a little research, but not that much time to write. The $0.20 ones appear hard to do until you do 2 or 3 of them. Then I find I can do them much faster than the writing assignments. $0.20 isn't that terrible for myLot(less than 15 minutes in work). When I'm doing them I'm wondering if I'm wasting my time. When they hit in earnings, I'm glad I did them...especially when 3 or 4 hit on the same day. The frustrating part, especially with the writing assignments is that it can take a week or 2 for them to be approved...so patience is needed. It sure is nice to look up & see an extra $2.00 in the earnings!!!

You won't make a fortune here, but you can earn a reasonable amount if you work hard. Most of all, you can have a lot of fun here!!!
