Let say, 20 years from now, 30 years or maybe 40 to 50 years from now, you are going to get retired. You might still want to work, but you are getting old, and the government might still have money by that time to take care of you a little. With all the 401k you deserve, what is your dream place to retire? Is still be here in the states, or any other places around the world? My desired retirement place would be China, or Brazil. China is cheap; brazil has nice place for me to retire. What is yours?

I have my sights set on the ocean! I love the sea and would love to retire by the sea, I think I would fancy Cyprus as my retirement place to go to, I would leave the UK and go to warmer climates where the pace of life is slower and the crime rate is much lower, where I can feel safe to walk without worrying about getting knifed down or mugged. I would definitely want to be in a country that was far safer and obviously where the main language was English.

Cyprus would be my first choice under normal circumstances, with its hot weather and low crime rate. Though with the country being more expensive compared to 10 years ago, and with a very hot summer, I would therefore opt for somewhere a bit more pleasant in terms of weather. I have been inclined to major countries such as France and Italy in Europe. Though I would not say there is a perfect place to retire. My ideal one would be somewhere cool, clean and relatively cheap cost of living. A village in Portugal or Bulgaria would be my idea of a great retirement place.

I think I would want to retire in Puerto Rico. I was born there, and that is where my heart is!
