I like making tater tot casserole. It is absolutely delicious! It was a recipe I picked up off watching the tv show 18 kids and counting. I love garlic cheddar biscuits. I can eat a ton of them at red lobster and would make them at home myself if I knew how.

I don't measure stuff much. But the way I have made my biscuits Is with bisquick, milk and like a half cup of cheese or how much you want to put in it. After you form the dough in put it in the baking pan sprinkle some garlic salt on them and bake them till light brown. Or you can use self rising flour and not the bisquick. My family loves them.

I love lasagna and chili. I tried the lasagna from the stores and the only one that comes close to the one I make is the one at Safeway. And I finally made a good chili recipe, but it does need to be a little hotter. Both of them take a while, and of course I cheat and use the no-boil noodles for the lasagna, and I use ground round, regular cottage cheese, but some day I am going to be brave enough to use ricotta.

lasagna and chili is good. Ricotta is good in lasagna. Do try it some time. I cook my noodle for it and at times i stick peperoni in my lasagna to. with lots of cheese and sauce.

I love cooking and it is hard to pick just one thing that I love to cook. But I would have to say I make this great pasta salad that always goes over great at cookouts and things. I like learning different things to cook and learning how to cook things differently.

I have a sort of mock lasagna that's quick and easy. One package penne pasta cooked to al dente (no more or it will be very mushy) and drained, one jar marinara sauce of you're choosing, one pound ground turkey cooked, one pound mozz cheese shredded. In 9" by 13" pan add half the pasta, half the sauce, half the turkey, then half the cheese - layering these of course, repeat with the remaining ingredients, HOWEVER just before you add the final layer of cheese add about a quarter cup of water then top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees farenheit until cheese is melted and browned slightly on top. It's great because you can use all marinara sauce, or just half with alfredo, or all alfredo if you want, or you can buy that cheddar cheese sauce for macaroni and use that instead - the kids I babysit for prefer that. You can use beef or pork instead of turkey if you want, if you're really adventurous try chicken. You can add veggies, change up the kind of cheese, this recipe just warps into many different tastes depending on what you do with it. That's my favorite and it's easy.

my favorite dish to eat has got to be my dad's pho... it's a vietnamese dish: really wonderful. my favorite dish to make would be a recipe that a friend of mine and i made up: fruit pie. It's a banana custard with fruits on top and cinnamon in side.
