The Giant fire update (if anyone wants to see pictures)

The fire is out, Homes are burned, about 1300 acres of forest is burned up and charred. however, EVERYONe is safe! no ones lives where taken. Its a miracle. There are lots of pictures on the cbc website which is right here, http://www.cbc.ca/photogallery/canada/2210/ (not a referral) If you are reading this discussion, You should really check out the photo's.. it really was an awesome fire.. not awesome in a good way, but awesome like, a force to be reckoned with.
Are you scared of fire ? I'm scared of uncontained fires!! this one was only 10 mins away from our apartment, there was no way it would reach us..

actually, I feel sorry for the people who suffered any loss because of that fire, but at the same time I must say, those are some beautiful pictures.

Scary, just looking at the picture, it doesn't look safe at all...
What was the reason for fire? I am glad you are safe...

Are there more of these huge fires nowadays than there used to be? From forrest fires, to huge city fires, I feel that we are hearing so much more about them in the past two or three years. I am glad it's out though. There have been some really scary ones in the news lately.

Yes! they are scary and I have watched them try to put them out on tv like in a forest and some of the firemen are truly in danger! And it eats up so much land and trees and goes for the house......I can't imagine losing everything like a fire swallows up everything!

Hey Sissy! I am so glad that the fire is finally out and that
no one was hurt! I am glad that you and your family are all
safe! And yes I am terrified of fire! It is something that
I have nightmares about! I am always afraid that my apartment
will catch on fire and I will have to leave and I won't be
able to save my possessions and be cats! I would die if that
ever happened here! So I am just so happy that you are all
safe now!

Hi there.
Whoa. This is very sad. You know what my mom always say... she prefer to be robbed that get our house on fire. Because this will leave us with nothing. Its helpless
