The other night I woke around 4:30am and Every time I inhale and exhale I get vibrations on the left side of my chest. I'm not sure what it is. I went to school and told one of my friends and they said it could of been something that starts with a "M" I think. well yeah she said you get from kissing someone and you get real weak and tired. And just sleep all the time. Well yeah.. It happens to me when I'm resting at night like when I lay down and try to rest at night I start to cough a lot.. I'm not sure what it is. I'm 17 and I'm scared if it's something serious. Someone Please Help Me... Does Anyone Know what this Might Be?

Have you been checked out for asthma? Most attacks take place between 3 - 4 pm. Also panic attacks can come at odd times. Also anaemia can cause palpitations. My advice is see the doc and get an ECG done - if anything heartwise (a murmer) shows up it still might not be serious. What you are describing sounds like palpitations or asthma to me.
