How can I have a star here?

I find it odd to see people's pic here with star. I wish to have mine too. Please help. Thanks much.

Hi and welcome to mylot. You will recieve the star by your name once you have reached 100 posts here on my lot. The number and color of your star will depend on how other mylot users rate your participation here on mylot. Hope that helps. Have a great night!
