I was going to ask the same question! I applied to work for them 8 weeks ago and was accepted. They promised me I would receive work in 48 hours to 4 weeks, and I have not received anything. Apparently, so many writers applied that they are having trouble matching people with assignments. (They ask for your areas of "expertise", so maybe I just listed areas that already had lots of writers or had little interest. Who knows). Maybe they will send me something; maybe they won't. I've heard good things about them though, and from what I recall, they had a good rating on the BBB. I say go for it.

Hi genevakat17, I haven't written for them, but I have done some proofreading/editing for them. From what I recall, they pay their writers $3 for 250 words.

No sorry I haven't but I have done a little researching for you. It seems that the website is still online and it running very long. Delegate 2 is a kind of website where you can earn and you have to register.
