Why cant we see water in the clouds??????????

Because it is in form of vapours. Haven't you read science books. it is as stupid as asking can you count water droplets in the rain.

clouds are formed whe water from the sea evaporates and goes up to the athmosphere, you dont see the rain drops cause they are in the form of vapour, when clouds become too heavy they lets this vapour out in the form of water (im missing lots of things here but i cant remember them) anyway, if ur boiling water and u cover the pot, u would see vapuor come out as soon as u uncover it. and what u used to cover the pot would have drops on it. use ur imagination here
