Yes!! I cannot think about a life without a cell phone.I am really addicted to Texting, through texting I came in contact with my friends and some of my family members..Most of the time I prefer calling my family members too. I really need a cell for that. Apart from it, It acts as a waker for me. It is also acts as a small digital diary for me,over there I can save numbers, and save different informations and reminders. It is a very useful device.

No my life is still the same. Recently I got some problem at home regarding my boyfriend and my dad has taken my mobile so I am without a cellphone today, at first I was very uneasy but gradually with time I am more cool and relaxed. When I reach the office I call everyone and when I reach home I ask my boyfriend to call me at an specific hour for me to be near the telepone so without a cellphone I think life continue;-)

I also think you are doing a good job without cellphone. Some people in the world can never think a minute without cellphone because they spend too much time on cellphone.

No. My cellphone is not that important to me so I don't really mind living without it. I usually communicate with my relatives and friends abroad using either YM or Skype. I also have a magicJack so I don't really make use of my cellphone that much.

Hey there Mymaria! I spend most of my time in front of the computer so I don't really feel the need to have a cellphone, even if I already have one. xD I actually don't use it anymore because I'm always connected to the internet, meaning free communication with email, instant messengers, and all those free text and call services. But hey, maybe if I weren't using the PC as much, I'd use my cellphone more often. Happy Mylotting! :D

Cellphone is not a luxurious gadget anymore. Even elentary students have their own cellphone. It's not a matter could you life with or without a cellphone. But the problem is how can we improve our performance if we have no cellphone. People's nowadays is very mobile with their activities. With a cellphone we can connected directly to someone without need to waiting. So we can finish our business with that people as soon as possible without wasting much time. There's an old proveb that time is money. Time effectiveness is money saved. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

If I didn't have children I would not even have one. I am always forgetting my phone everywhere, and it doesn't bother me. My cell phone is also used as my house phone. Only reason why I carry it is for my kids, god forbid something happens, besides that I don't want to be in touch. (Now ask me if I could survive without internet... thats a different story. haha)

Well I think cellphone has become common in the life and it is impossible for people to live without cellphone. Longtime ago, land phones were common and people use cordless phones to talk when they move from one room to another. Now a days, cellphone has helped people to get closer and had helped to get good communications with friends and relatives.

If you're staying elsewhere, yes you need one. In my case, I'm at home and can reach everyone from my landline. I don't really miss a cellphone.

Hello mymaria! I wouldn't really consider that paralysis. It might not be as convenient but my life won't be paralyzed without it. I depend on my mobile phone but I find ways to get through the day suppose for some reasons I can't use my mobile phone.

Hello mymaria, I don't really use my cell phone except for making/receiving calls and sometimes texting. I love to be without a cell phone for a day so that no one can bother me but I do agree, life is a bit harder without a cell phone nowadays. I only use my cell phone to contact my husband, my mom sometimes and to check on my son.

I honestly don't know what I would do without my mobile. At university I'm very social and go out a lot so I constantly need to be chattign to friends and arranging nights out! Also I am president of a society and run a small studio theatre for students so I constantly get calls and texts in relation to these activities. Without my mobile phone peple wouldn't be able to get in contact with me about these and this would cause havoc for other people. If I lost my mobile or it got stolen or it broke I think I would cry!

I could go on with my life even without mobile phones. I have forgot to bring my mobile phone a couple of times and I still felt alright. Perhaps I really don't need it to contact a lot of people and I just bring it when I really do know that I need it. It depends to necessity, I suppose.

Although I feel 'naked' if I forget to take my mobile phone out with me I don't think I would feel as paralysed without it as I would without my laptop. I would feel extremely cut off without the Internet. I don't use my cell phone all that much; mainly for texting which is very handy for quick messages that save long phone calls but I could survive without it; for a while anyway!

I could say that my life would also be paralyzed without a cellphone.. I'm usually off the road and communication with my family, friends, boyfriend and people to meet up is an important matter. I usually have simple communications to important calls/ sms. Living without my cellphone nowadays would be hell for me! LooL!

Yeah, my cell phone is always with me. I won't even leave the house usually without one because I don't want to get stranded. It's important everyone have one in my opinion. Mine broke two days ago and I wouldn't leave the house to go show my boyfriend my new car because I didn't have a cell phone to call in case something happenned.

I dont think it would be paralyzed without a cell phone. Things would not be as simple, but for me it would solve alot of problems. The texting mechanism on these cell phones makes it so easy to say things that you wouldn't say to someones face. My boyfriend and I fight alot through text messages. and i think its stupid. Cell phones can save lives but they are also somewhat overbearin.
