has anyone tried "adfly"? is it a scam?

i've noticed there's quite a few "shorten your links,get paid" sites popping up and
i was just curious if anyone's tried this and gotten paid from it.i know there's a couple others just like it,but this one looks kind of interesting.
people seem to be using it a lot on twitter in particular.

It's not you...it's me. Your explanation still makes no sense. I know what twitter is and I know what a link is. I don't know where you would be posting a link from or to and why you would do this and why would you shorten a link...I've only ever seen short ones ..... and where does getting paid fit in to it all? And how come I don't understand what this is all about??? I feels so stupid. I have asked and asked and no-one will or can explain it to me.
Not to worry. No need to reply...it just bugs me every time I see something along these lines.

dont feel bad ms tickle! its all dutch to me also even when im reading the explainations. its just like when someone was saying something about you can have a different browser? duh? isnt there only explorer and how would you get another

I just visited the site. Seems people are making money by shortening their links. This is the first time I heard of it. May be I should try. Right now I am going through their site.

It is like linkbux. They will pay you if somebody will visit your link using linkbux shorten links.
Never heard about adfly.
