has anyone tried "adfly"? is it a scam?

i've noticed there's quite a few "shorten your links,get paid" sites popping up and i was just curious if anyone's tried this and gotten paid from it.i know there's a couple others just like it,but this one looks kind of interesting. people seem to be using it a lot on twitter in particular.
