Help me in putting on just 10kgs, would you please?

It would be pretty odd if someone is talking about puting on some weight in this era of obesity, when most of the people are obese.But I really have this problem, I've got a perfect hight, I'm exactly 6 feet but I'm underweight with respect to my hight, I weigh 60kgs and I wanna put on at least 10kgs more which would get me a perecft physique with a BMI(bio mass index) of about 24. I've tried lot lot of things like I've increased my diet intake several folds, i've reduced my callories expenditure a lot with respect to my callories intake, I've also experinced the hardships of muscular exrecises in gyms but nothing has worked for me and my weight is always hovering over two figures 60 and 62kgs. All my siblings have got perefect physiques and most of them are about to get obese so i don't think I can have a genetic problem with my underweight condition. Would anybody tell me how can i get my desired weight of about 70kgs? It would be like a dream comes true for me. I'm ready to take on any challenge for this like a diet plane, hard exercises or change in my routine. I can stick to any plane if it can get me just 10kgs more.....

Up your carbs and your protein but use good carbs and lean meat...not sugar. You want to build muscle mass, not add fat, so you need to work out with heavy weights at the gym every other day and increase as you can.
