If I drink little water everyday I will lose my weight ?

Recently I found out a fact that if I drunk little water I lost my weight .Because one day I went shopping all the day so I almost never drunk a drop of water so when I went home I found I lost my weight . Everyday I drink a lot of water I like drinking water very much . So I look a little fat . he he he . I am planing how to lose my weight . Maybe I will not drink much water .

You will most probably lose weight since our bodies are mostly made up of water, about 75% of it or maybe even higher. I do think that you would also lose your health. Cheers!!

Drinking less water will result in dehydration and ultimately you waill fall sick. Drink a glass of warm water when you get up in the morning .Drinking warm water reduces weight.Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fresh fruit juices to make your skin glow with weight loss. Drink water as much as possible ,it washes toxins and waste from the body.

its not that if you drink lot of water in a day then you would loose your weight and if this is so then there would not be any fatty people around. No doubt that drinking water can loose some weight but only if you drink a glass of water containing honey and lemon in it and that is in the morning empty stomach, i mean as soon as you get up in the morning just drink it and then you have a chance of loosing some weight or you can try some tips on my blog's health section.

It is good to drink water and plenty of it everyday. Drinking water flushes out the toxins which accumulate in the body through perspiration, urination,etc. One should drink at least 1.5 to 2.0 litres of water every day and don`t worry you will not put on weight or look fat. I drink plenty of water everyday and yet i am slim even though i do not get any exercise.

YES! DRINK WATER! Water has zero calories, makes us feel like we're full (when really we might not be), and boosts your metabolism - which causes you to lose weight. Not to mention it's cheap and has tons of minerals that we need on a day-to-day basis. It could very well help you lose weight, so keeping drinking it! And good luck to you!
