Do you have your breakfast each morning? why?

It is reported that each day the people who eat nutritional breakfast will live long life and get better qulity of life, I don't know if it is true or not, but I always eat my breakfast as I am so hungry after getting up every morning. I can't do anything if I am hungry! What about you?

I always eat breakfast even if it is something small. I dont want to get to hungry later in the day. I try to eat for health and not for hunger so I eat smarter. I have been a slave to food so long I am taking back control.

I always eat breakfast. For some reason, I can't wake up or really function until I do. I have never been able to figure out how people can function without breakfast. Perhaps, for me, it's just a long standing habit developed in childhood. I wasn't allowed to leave the house without something in my tummy!

For me the breakfast is the most important meal in a day .I can skip the supper but i never miss the breakfast even when i get up late and have not enough time to eat my morning meal,i will prepare an easy one or buy one and bring it to the company to eat during the coffee time. Because the breakfast is the guarrantee for the whole morning work and keeps us energetic afer a night's consumption of energy. Of cause we had better not skip any of the three meals a day which keep our body in a balance and healthy.

Yes, i do always eat breakfast every morning. We need calories / energy for our activities in the day, so with healthy breakfast we gain that calories to keep on working.

I really don't wake up hungry, but I do force myself to eat. Not eating breakfast forces your body to feed on muscle, your blood pressure drops and makes you feel weak all day too. I can really tell a difference in myself when I skip the most important meal of the day. I also agree that eating in the morning helps with weight loss. I tend to eat way too much later in the day when I don't consume enough calories throughout the day.

I eat breakfast everyday.I can't go on without eating breakfast.I feel weak and groggy when I go to work without eating breakfast.every morning,I could feel my stomach growling for food.
