how to use theg 3 G memory , to the computer more faster?

i just add 2G memory. but i don't find it can improve more quickly than ever before. how to use 3G memory to improve the speed of internet?

I think one way you can try is to setup a ramdisk and redirect all temp folders into the ramdisk. In addition you can also place the pagefile into the ramdisk. Having done these, the time your hardisk will require accessing will be minimized and thus the performance should increase.... hopefully.

Let me share my experience. I am using a rather low powered Netbook with 1.5G memory on WinXP platform. So, with the small 160G harddisk, it gets so slow when I have to open quite some tabs in my browsers. Then, I realize that I don't actually need that much memory for web browsing. So, I create a 512MB ramdisk and modify the browsers to use the ramdisk as temp folder. In addition, I change the PageFile location to the ramdisk and now I can tell you that it feels like a different machine. I can open 10+ tabs without any major slowdown. But then, I can't say it may work so well in your machine.

Oh really? I ordered me two gigs recently but have not received it yet. I am hoping to make my computer faster and add more memory also.
