Hello everyone here Ji, In these days everyone runs short of time at least in the morning and it is very difficult to co-op with school going children. Here are few tips to share with you all :- Eat and run: Nutritious two-minute meals • Orange-banana smoothie. Orange juice, low-fat or nonfat yogurt, and a banana are all you need to blend up a taste treat that's high in carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, and calcium. • Very berry smoothie. Blend a banana, a splash of cranberry or apple juice, and a handful of fresh or frozen berries, which are exceptionally rich in antioxidants (substances that combat cancerous changes in cells). • Down under delight. Believe it or not, when researchers tallied up the nutritional value of popular fruits, kiwis came out on top. Peel one and zap it in the blender with a banana, apple juice, and your child's favorite berries. • Fruit salad. Prepare a big fruit salad on Sunday that you can parcel out during the week. Add a dollop of yogurt to each serving for extra protein and calcium. • Toaster treats. Frozen waffles take almost no time to make. Choose whole grain varieties for a dose of fiber, and top them with berries or sliced bananas instead of syrup. May god bless You and have a great time.

We should not skip breakfast as it starts our day after few hours of fasting during our sleep. The food that you suggest for breakfast are nutritious and energy giving food which should start our day well. Unfortunately, I always miss breakfast as I wake up quite late and land myself instead with brunch. But it is all the same as the food are well balanced.

Hello my friend zandi458 Ji, I remember, sometime back I posted a discussion about the importance of Break-fast in our daily life. If there is slightly sluggishness in not taking b'fast, it will surely lead ti ill-health. My dear friend please take b'fast regularly at almost same time. Take b'fast Likeb 'Emporors, Lunch like Kings and Dinner like Prince. May god bless You and have a great time.
