What is yoiur Stress tablet? - Smoking,listening music,jokes,meditation...etc what is your stress tablet so that you can get relaxed out of it?

Some smoke and gets relaxed if they in stress some will listen to music,some will do meditation.I will have a smoke or listen to some jokes When i feel stress.So what will you do if you fell stress in your office or in our home?

Hello there! To be honest with you then I do not use those tablets you mentionned but I go to shopping and this is my best ever tablet I am use to, the prescription is unlimited and I maybe the only patient who takes so much overdose yet still alive in good health ;-)

Yeah indeed and I am very loyal to my tablets which I have been using for many years without the recommedations of any specialist, It is my own invention which I want to spread all around, so if you are feeling tired or stressed up one day then go for shopping, atleast try to take this one tablet and I am sure you willbe alright just better than before.

Well personally if I'm stressed I listen to music. If I lack sleep I listen to music. It is scientifically proven to change your mood and even increases your concentration that's why it's a good stress buster. Sometimes I write or paint to release my negative emotions and it really works well than nagging or complaining..

My stress reliever is listening to music. Whenever I listen to music, my problems are all wiped away. I haven't tried smoking before and I have no plans of doing so. As for meditation.. I don't know how to meditate. Hehe

Okay dear your way to reduce the stress is not bad and that is good actually to do.Anyways its good to hear that you won't smoke and please don't get near to it and if you learn meditation it will really be good to your health and heart and mind also dear.Try once or go to any meditation center when you are free and try...Keep smiling dear.

Getting out and doing something helps. My first choice is walking the beach . Hearing the waves and watching the seabirds is always relaxing . Sometimes I will go out and work in the yard or clean house .. Getting busy with something helps me to clear my mind .

Oh you are all rounder i guess dear.I think the one who meditates won't smoke and i will rarely smoke and do meditation when i feel depressed and stressed dear and how you? you are listening music,smoking and doing meditation and you are doing everything dear..keep go on and you are the rare one i ever see...keep smiling and have a happy ahead.....

I do all the three, but I don't do them at the same time of course. When I meditate I close my eyes, If I smoke at the same time, I would put fire in the whole place and my clothes. what i mean is that, i smoke to relax, do meditation to relax completely. and when it comes to music, not only I listen but I play and learn to play new instruments.

My stress tablet was smoking but since I quit, it has been listening to music or just lying down on a bed or couch and relaxing.

Its great to hear that you quit smoking dear and i would also thinking but i don't know when i will do that dear.Now i cut down smoking regularly and in very rare cases i used to do.And i am doing meditation or listening to some slow music or sleeping to reduce my stress dear.keep smiling dear...

Mine is reading and keeping calm. Stress is there in life. I try to think in cool head how to think positive and handle the situation. it helps most of the times.

music....music is always good for stress relief. Exercise is also good for stress relief. You have to work and do whatever it takes to keep a good and positive attitude toward life or your life will just be miserable and that is not good for anyone. I am lucky in that I have some great friends that have helped me and stood by me thru some really stressfull times. Still...you have to really want to be happier and stress-free. There are really people who thrive on drama and stress. They seem to enjoy it. Regardless of what method you use to get to a stress-free attitude....nothing will work for you if you are one that is negative in your thinking.

smoking and drinking are my stress tablet, when i am pissed off, i tend to drink a lot. after my stress subsides then i will try to meditate, listen to music even for a couple of minutes to think and what went wrong, to calm myself down and find peace of mind.

My stress tablet is shopping. I go for shopping (sometimes I won't buy anything) and it helps me to give out a lot of stress. I also prefer to go for walking or eat a lot of my favorite dishes. Oh...I forgot...talking to my best friend or somebody close to me also relives a lot of stress.

I have never smoked in my entire life. For me, the real stress tablet is listen to some pleasant music, relax in a comfortable chair or watch a favourite movie which would just relax you from any pain or stress that you are in and refresh you again!!

Yes matthews really if we like any movie and if we watch when we feel stress it really helps but lot o f people has their own ways of reducing that and mostly they will follow listening some melodious and pleasant music or watching any favorite movie etc isn't it?Keep smiling dear and thanks for commenting to my topic dear :-)

if im really really stressed, i tend to smoke, one or two sticks will be enough to release those tensions in my muscles... since i am always home, when i do smoke i make sure my kids are not here, no one will see me as i dont want setting example that smoking is good. because i know its not. i dont smoke outside... it doesnt look good either, its an uncool thing to do.... lol...

I will also don't smoke in the home and i will do it only in the office dear.When i feel stress in the home i will have some hot coffee or listen to any sweet songs which are melodious and makes relax dear.You are right that not smoking infront of your kids but try to quit that because they can get smell from you after you smoke even if you smoke out right!!!or use any mouth spray for not getting okay! take care of your cute and lovely gifted kids dear!!!!Have a great day ahead!

Pop in a good movie in your DVD. Watch movies that make you smile and feel good. They work for me, all the time. I hope it works for you too

For me, listening to musics, playing computer games, chatting with friends, taking a nap, or going for a walk will help me reduces or relieve my stress or unhappiness. I think listening to musics really can help and many of the people also find this method effective in reducing stress. By the way, i think smoking is not a good way to relieve stress because it's unhealthy. I hope you'll try to look for another way to reduce your stress, and quit smoking one day. Cheers!

When I'm stressed I do smoke too before but since I stop smoking already I go out and see a friend. When I talk to a friend we recall our happy, past experiences, we go over to our old pictures and little talks on what's happening with our families at present. We learn from each others suggestions on little problems thus as I go home no longer stressed.

I think currently my stress tablet is playing poker, when I play poker, I just focus on the cards and people, not need to think about other stuff, stress just goes away during the play poker time.

Good and it will really works as if we keep our minds on any thing and if we are deep in the concentration and we can easily get out of it and we can get normal soon dear.I like the comment and the way you are getting out of it dear but there are m,any ways to get out of it for example going out for shopping,having a smoke,coffee,meditating,sleeping and you try these also and decide which is making easier to get red of it.Keep smiling okay!

my stress breaker is meditation and listening music with soft are slow compositions....i also like to watch some comic videos whenever i feel low.. but stress tablet is not in any case....but i feel awesome even in low mood when i listen to flute composition and seriously i want to go deeper and deeper with such music..

Okay thats fine and if you are in the office and you felt stressed then i think you cannot sleep more than a hour maximum right so how will you get reduced there dear and let me know any other ways to get overcome than that dear.Keep smiling...
